Pacific Palisades MARKETWatch, 9 New Homes & 2 Condos For Sale and 6 Properties Sold the past 7

This is the last week of winter, and we are experiencing morning fog and summer-like weather when the morning moisture wears off. Meanwhile, on the morning news there are scenes of severe storm and cold temperatures throughout the Midwest and on the east coast.

The secret about our weather seems to be out. J Even though more properties are starting to come on the market each week, overall inventory of homes and condominiums for sale remains low. It appears that this shortage of available inventory will continue to drive prices up. It will be interesting to see how prices move during the upcoming Spring and Summer months.

Here are the three new listings that I am highlighting this week. You can find the expanded information sheet and photos of this listing by clicking on the "Highlighted Properties".
