It is the first week of February already. Where did January go? At the risk of sounding like a broken record, inventory levels of both single family homes and condominiums remain at very low levels. Based on the laws of supply and demand that I learned so many years ago taking economics class in college, this shortage of supply can only lead to home prices rising. This is a trend that I will track as the weeks and months progress.
