Autumn begins later this week, yet we are having some of the warmest weather that we have had during a very mild summer. It seems like quite some time since it was necessary to turn on the air conditioner. Once again I realize just how lucky I am to live in an area with such wonderful weather. Getting on to real estate, there was a big jump in new listings coming onto the market during the past week. There are many new homes to see this week!
